The earnings forecast and all income examples are illustrations only. Actual earnings depend on the project, commission sharing tier, co-broke arrangements, taxes and individual performance. No income is guaranteed. Incentives, trips, subsidies and payout timelines are provided under IQI's programmes and are subject to IQI's terms, targets and eligibility, which may change without notice.
3. Third-party figures
Figures about the IQI group, such as offices, negotiator numbers and programme payouts, are as published by IQI Global and may be updated by them.
4. Intellectual property
The UnitedS1 name and logo, and the IQI, IQI Atlas, IQPilot and Juwai IQI names and marks, belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Payments
All property-related payments must be made to IQI REALTY SDN BHD only. We will never ask you to transfer money to an individual's personal account.
