UnitedS1 carries forward the Success One team, founded in 2013, now operating under IQI Realty as part of the IQI Global group headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
We exist to build people. Our job is to take motivated individuals, whatever their background, and turn them into registered real estate negotiators, then leaders, then entrepreneurs with their own teams.
We pair more than a decade of on-the-ground experience with IQI's offices across West and East Malaysia and the technology of a global agency, so our people spend less time on admin and more time with clients.

A business owner long before real estate, Sunny brings entrepreneurship, technology and AI into how UnitedS1 trains and grows its people.

Questions
No. Most of our members started with none. We train you from the ground up and pair you with a mentor until you're confident on your own.
You need at least an SPM certificate. There is a one-time registration fee that covers your REN kit, IQI's New REN Training and the exam. Ask us for the current amount.
After IQI's 4-day New REN Training, you complete the 2-day Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) by MIEA. Your REN tag is then registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. We guide you through every step.
Both are possible. Many members begin alongside another job and move to full-time once their income is steady. Your results grow with the time you put in.
Negotiators earn commission on the deals they close, and leaders also earn group incentives as their team grows. For qualified projects, IQI pays full commission within 5 days of closing, and earned commission isn't forfeited. We'll walk you through the full structure during your career chat.
On top of commission, IQI runs incentive programmes for achievers: overseas trips, car and home subsidies, and tech rewards. Each campaign has its own targets and terms.
