UnitedS1 carries forward the Success One team, founded in 2013. Today we are a team of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, part of the IQI Global group headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
We exist to build people. Our job is to take motivated individuals, whatever their background, and turn them into registered real estate negotiators (REN), then leaders, then entrepreneurs with their own teams.
We pair more than a decade of on-the-ground experience with IQI's offices across West and East Malaysia and the technology of a global agency, so our people spend less time on admin and more time with clients.
Our founders
In real estate since 2010 and a business entrepreneur since 1998. Sunny brings entrepreneurship, technology and AI into how UnitedS1 trains and grows its people.
In real estate since 2012. Melissa leads the team's sales culture and mentoring, guiding new negotiators from their first viewing to running their own groups.
