## Earnings and rewards

- Negotiators earn commission on deals closed. Commission sharing rates and tier rates are explained in a career chat and are not published online. Income is not guaranteed.
- The website's earnings forecast is an illustration only (property price x commission rate x deals per month).
- IQI incentive programmes include overseas trips, car and home subsidies (up to RM500K), tech rewards and leader group incentives, subject to IQI campaign terms.
- 4-tier recruitment system: leaders are rewarded on the sales of their team across four generations, per IQI's scheme.

## How to join

Minimum requirement: SPM certificate. No property experience needed.

1. Career chat and registration (one-time fee covers the REN kit, training and exam).
2. IQI New REN Training, 4 days, with an assessment within 24 hours.
3. Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) by MIEA, 2 days, for the REN tag.
4. Onboarding with a UnitedS1 mentor: IQI Atlas, IQPilot and AI marketing tools.
5. Close the first deal with the mentor.

## FAQ

### Do I need real estate experience?

No. Most of our members started with none. We train you from the ground up and pair you with a mentor until you're confident on your own.

### What are the requirements to join?

You need at least an SPM certificate. There is a one-time registration fee that covers your REN kit, IQI's New REN Training and the exam. Ask us for the current amount.

### How do I get my REN tag?

After IQI's 4-day New REN Training, you complete the 2-day Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) by MIEA. Your REN tag is then registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. We guide you through every step.

### Is this full-time or part-time?

Both are possible. Many members begin alongside another job and move to full-time once their income is steady. Your results grow with the time you put in.

### How do I earn, and how fast am I paid?

Negotiators earn commission on the deals they close, and leaders also earn group incentives as their team grows. For qualified projects, IQI pays full commission within 5 days of closing, and earned commission isn't forfeited. We'll walk you through the full structure during your career chat.

### What incentives can I earn?

On top of commission, IQI runs incentive programmes for achievers: overseas trips, car and home subsidies, and tech rewards. Each campaign has its own targets and terms.

### I'm already an agent elsewhere. Can I transfer?

Yes. Talk to us about moving your practice over. You keep your client relationships and gain our AI toolkit, training and the IQI Global network.
